High density flakeboard core with 600x600x30 (38) mm dimensions is coated with 0.5 mm galvanized steel from the bottom, Antistatic PVC from the top and rigid ABS (PVC) side bands from the side.
Panel top surface is covered with conductive homogeneous PVC with antistatic conductivity. It is produced by coating 0.5 mm thick galvanized steel to provide load resistance, fire resistance and conductivity to the bottom surface of the panel. Conductivity in the panel is ensured by placing metal conductive rods in chipboard, which is the core of the panel, and copper plate under the top coating conductive PVC and copper plate on the bottom surface coating sheet. In this way, the electrical current in the environments with high static electricity will be transferred from the conductive ground to the grounding line. FIBER CONCRETE or CALCIUM SULPHATE core panels are recommended for areas where flammability is required.
