High density flake board core with 600x600x30 (38) mm dimensions Raised Floor Panels are coated with 0.1 mm aluminum foil from the bottom, Antistatic HPL (LAMINATE) from the top and rigid ABS (PVC) edge band from the side surfaces.
While the upper surface of the panel can be coated with Antistatic HPL (laminate) with high abrasion resistance and wood-like HPL (laminate), 0.1 mm aluminum foil sheet is applied to the lower surface of the panel to provide load resistance, fire protection and conductivity. In cases where fire and water resistance are at the forefront, FIBER CONCRETE or CALCIUM SULPHATE core panels are recommended.
UAL30 and UAL40 model Raised Floor Systems are designed for practical and long-lasting use in indoors and data processing centers with low and medium density of human traffic.
