PVC COATED CONCRETE FLOOR PANEL

Fiber Concrete Core with a high density of 600x600x30 mm is covered with 0.5 mm galvanized steel from the bottom, Antistatic PVC from the top and rigid ABS (PVC) side bands from the side.

The panel top surface can be coated with Antistatic heterogeneous PVC, homogeneous PVC, conductive PVC and wood-looking PVC with high abrasion resistance and rich color options. 0.5 mm thick galvanized steel is applied to the bottom surface of the panel in order to provide load resistance and conductivity. UGFV30 panels are designed for indoors and data processing centers with medium and high density human traffic. In normal office environments, 22 and 30 mm Fiber Concrete Core can be used as the core of the panel. In office or data processing environments where fire resistance is at the forefront, A1 (Bff) class and min. It is preferred primarily as it provides 90 minutes fire resistance.

UGV30 and UGFV30 model panels are coated with Antistatic Heterogeneous PVC, Homogeneous PVC and Wood-looking PVC options.
